3. All Loyalty bonus cash payments will be made on the 1st Tuesday of every month.
4. Under the 'Bonus Requirements" all bonuses are subject to a minimum playthrough requirement before they are transferred to a player's cash balance and available to be withdrawn.
5. Players with one or more pending withdrawals currently in their account are not eligible to receive any bonuses, promotions and related prizes. Abuse of this policy, as defined by the casino, may result in cancellation of the player's winnings.
6. Wagers placed on all versions of Blackjack and all Video Poker games will NOT be counted toward bonus wagering requirements.
